H10 Casa del Mar, Mallorca

Lovely adults only rooftop pool, amazing views of the sea and beach. All but one of the larger sun loungers had broken fabric shades, so you could only stay up there if you wanted to be in full sun. Room was functional, bit of mould due to leaking air con, which was fixed and treated immediately.

Lovely hotel great location very close to the beach and restaurants. Those with kids McDonalds and Burger King is beside the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of fun games with Fernando the entertainer, to win cocktails.

The check in process was seamless and our room was ready despite is being early. We had a superior room with a pool view. The room was spotless and each day, it was cleaned very thoroughly and the floors were always free from the sand we left the previous day. The room itself was very nice, although a little on the small side. The room included a fridge and a safe as well as the usual amenities. The top floor of the hotel had a lovely rooftop bar with a small infinity pool and Bali beds, as well as a seating area. This bar is lovely, albeit a little expensive for drinks. Worth popping up on an afternoon to enjoy the views. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers and parasols, the small poolside bar was still closed but the main bar is a similar distance if drinks were needed. The only negative was the freezing temperature of the pool - so many people including myself were unable to tolerate the cold water (despite sea swimming no problem!) so it definitely did spoil the pool days. The towel system works on a 10 deposit but I had my own towels and didnt use them. There is an indoor pool just next to the outdoor which was warmer which included a whirlpool and a sauna and steam room were in the same area. The pool had some entertainment from Fernando - I did join in a few quiz games that were quick and easy and they passed the time away. We never ate at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the breakfast or the food offerings. Location-wise / the hotel is in a really good spot. It is a small walk from the strip and the quieter part of town, although Im not sure there is a wilder part. Santa Ponsa itself is very small and lacks decent choice for restaurants and bars. I personally think there are better resorts on Majorca but it really is down to what you enjoy.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this modern, clean, luxurious hotel! From the amazing sea view from my room to the incredibly comfortable beds, every moment was pure bliss. The entertainment around the pool was a highlight, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. The indoor pool and spa were first class, and the rooftop pool and bar were simply fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better location. 5 stars all the way!

We had a lovely stay at the Casa del Mar in Santa Pona in April this year we stayed on a B&B basis .The room was lovely, clean and comfy Although we only had breakfast , there was Plenty of choice of food ..All Staff members we met were extremely helpful. All I all a great Hotel and would definitely go back there
